Voicemail & Prompts
A full array of voicemail options are available directly from your handset simply by dialing:*97
Remote access: On the go? Dial into your phone remotely to access voicemail.
Voicemail to Email. Save yourself time by instantly receiving voicemails as wave files directly to your inbox.
To enable remote and email options for voicemail, sent us a ticket request from the
Wisp dashboard.
Call Forwarding
Forwarding to another phone number can be done for all your calls, or just when you don't answer.
Forward ALL your calls:
*72 + [full phone number], then press Dial
*73-- to disable forwarding
Forward only after you don't answer the phone:
*52 + [full phone number], then press Dial
*53-- to disable forwarding
Virtual Receptionist
A virtual receptionist allows you to professional greet callers with information and call routing options.
This also a provides a great way to filter out spam callers that don't select an option; for example a basic prompt to "Press 1 if you are a new customer, or Press 2 if you are an existing customer" will block 99% of automated spam-likely callers from ever reaching you.
To get an inbound virtual receptionist, sent us request to "setup IVR" in Wisp dashboard.
Cordless Phone
The remote handset unit provides a sleek phone to walk around the home or office. Up to 4 units can connect to a single base station.
